Celebs take the Plunge for "Loveswell" Gala benefitting Heal the Bay

Actress and model Alexandra Leighton and pro surfer and “ecowarrior” James Pribram will host the reception for Loveswell benefitting Heal the Bay.

Only 35 tickets will be sold for our VIP post-show reception. Guests will be treated to an array of Italian regional delights, courtesy of Terroni, one of LA's hottest restaurants. The reception will also feature great wines and prosecco, a raffle, giveaways and a showing by famed surf artist Meegan Feori, who also designed Loveswell’s sets.

Net proceeds raised will go directly to Heal the Bay, a non-profit group that fights for workable solutions to the problems threatening Southern California's coastal waters.

LOVESWELL: A Play For A Good Cause
Dear Friends,
Our beaches and environment. Recently my sister visited me along with her nephew, who desperately wanted me to teach him to surf. We were saddened to read the large orange signs posted at the nearest beach that warned, “Contaminated Water: No Swimming!” My sister couldn’t believe what all us surfers and beach goers here in California know: that after any rain there is so much pollution in the water it can make you sick for days.
In Loveswell, I receive my most important advice from my grandparents: “Always follow your heart, Johnny.” Thus, I am dedicating all net proceeds from the opening night gala (tickets available soon)
to benefit:
